Before starting any project, we submit a dig request with Ontario One Call to identify the location and depth of any utilities that may be present in the area. While this process can take some time, it is crucial to ensure that we do not disturb any important cables, pipes, or other utilities during the course of our work. If we do encounter any utilities while digging, we are trained and equipped to hand dig around them, minimizing the risk of damage and ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
